You'll soon be an expert of changing one while he is crawling. I did many that way. The smelly ones are always fun! LOL! It was just me so I got to change them all!
Reese used to spit-up like that ALL the time--we lived in an apt. at the time and our carpet looked like we had a dog that had some serious bowel issues;) It was terrible!
